Belly Fat Burning Belt - Can it Really Work?

The desire to have flat abs is present in nearly everyone of us. Having a tight and sexy stomach instantly transforms how you look, and for many people, how they feel about themselves. But getting such a stomach requires you to shed all the excess stomach fat that you have. The question is how can you do it.

There are many products which promise to help you get flat abs. One sort of product is the belly fat burning belt. These are electric stimulation belts which you place around your midsection and are supposed to help you melt away the fat.

The question is, do they work?

Belly Fat Burning Belt - Can it Really Work?

Without going into a specific brand, I can say that in my opinion no belly fat burning belt works. It can't work.

The reason is simple: you can't shed fat from a specific body part by doing targeted workouts. Our body doesn't work that way. It doesn't matter which body part you exercise, you shed fat from your entire body as a single unit. This is just how our body works and it's been proven.

What does this tell you?

It tells you that even if the electric impulses from these ab belts really provide you with any kind of real stomach workout, it won't burn off any belly fat. In fact, stomach exercises as a whole aren't really that effective when it comes to burning body fat as other forms of exercise such as legs, chest, and back exercises, and cardio workouts.

Most of these products are shady at best, or complete scams at worse. If you really want to get flat abs, you should make sure to do full body strength workouts and eat according to a good, lean plan. There are no shortcuts with no effort involved.
